Job Summary

  • 1st Classen Physical Therapy, in Katy, Texas is seeking a second front desk receptionist. 

  • We are looking for someone friendly, fun, patient, and hard working who is willing to be a team player.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Benefit 1 year customer service experience

  • Benefit 1 year fitness, wellness experience

  • Must be savvy with computer, phone, software, and internet

  • Understand or willing to learn the insurance process for the following:

  • Medicare & Medicaid

  • Commercial: BCBS, Aetna, UHC, Cigna

  • Workman's Comp & Auto Accidents

  • And other insurances companies 

  • Team player responsibilities including:

  • Represent the company at the front desk

  • Comfortable talking to insurance companies, doctor’s offices, patients, and family members

  • Faxing, answering phones, scheduling, patient logging, collecting payments

  • Backup for collecting information regarding Authorizations & Benefits, other necessary insurance info

  • Data entry

  • Special Projects as Assigned

  • Excellent verbal and written communication English (Spanish plus)

  • We specialize in orthopedics, pre-post surgery, autoimmunes, balance, spine, sports, vertigo, women’s health and more. 

  • Our patients' ages range from 8 yo to 100 yo and all visits are at least 45 mins to 1 hour.

  • We are one-on-one with the patients, for excellent outcomes and do have double bookings with an aide present to assist.
