Pre operative is good to increase ROM and strength prior to surgery. What ever you have before surgery will help you with post op recovery.

Depending on the kind of surgery you'll undergo and your physician's orders we will work with the surgeon to follow guided protocols that will help you recover from it as efficiently and safely as possible.
